He was the beloved father of Edward E. Kemper of Catonsville, MD, Katherine K. Stolberg of Arlington, VA and Vera K. Orthlieb of Wallingford, PA and is also survived by his sister, Mary J. Kemper of PIttsburg, PA and 7 grandchildren.
