Anna Taylor

Anna Taylor of Aston passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 24, 2025. She was born in Chester and raised her family in Upland before residing in Aston for 33 years.

Anna spent a majority of her life as a nurturing caregiver and wonderful homemaker.

She enjoyed spending time in her community, walking, gardening, bird watching, crafting, listening to music, and singing.

Family: Wife of the late Joseph Taylor Jr, mother of the late Joseph Taylor III, daughter of the late Eugene & Anna Melchiorre, sister of the late Eugene Melchiorre Jr, Caroline Melchiorre, and Frankie Melchiorre.

Anna is survived by her loving daughter Cindy (Paul) Mumley, cherished grandmother of Sarah (Eric) Burke, Laura Mumley, Christa Mumley, and Joseph Taylor IV, and great grandmother of Hunter, Roslyn, Elijah, Jonah, and Lilianna Burke, and Makayla Taylor.

Sister of Pat Melchiorre

Aunt of Katie and Ava Karpin, Meghan Melchiorre, and cousin to Trish (Matt) Chamberlain.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Upland Baptist Church and/or Cityteam Ministries Chester.

Gathering:  Relatives & Friends are invited to her gathering Thursday 10 am at the Upland Baptist Church 325 Main St. Upland, Pa.

Funeral Service: 11 AM at the Church

Interment: Upland Baptist Cemetery
