Anthony G., age 89, on May 24, 2025 of East Goshen, formerly of Havertown, PA.

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Anthony Gabriel Peruto, who left us on May 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Born in Philadelphia, Anthony lived a life marked by dedication to his family, dependability, dignity and humility. He served his country with honor in the U.S. Air Force, where he exemplified discipline, integrity, and loyalty – values that guided him throughout his life. Anthony built a life rooted in love for his family; a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, “Papa” blessed his family with his wisdom, sense of humor, and unwavering support. His life had many joys, among these were his deep love for golf, weightlifting, running, and woodworking.

Survived by his wife of 65 years Janet M. (nee D’Agostino), his son Anthony “David” (Katie), Lori (Jim) Hahn, Lisa Peruto, and Carol (Tom) Dempsey. His 13 grandchildren Allie (George), Brad (Taylor), Nicholas (Natacha), Taylor (Jessica), Casey, Colton (Eileen), Mackenzie (Nick), Anthony, Phillip, Joey, Ava, Ben, and Abby; and his 2 great grandchildren George and Audrey.

Funeral services will be private.

Dear Janet and Family: I am very sorry for the loss of your husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. As our Quaker Ridge Neighbor, Tony always had a an easy, friendly smile when I saw him. It was usually as he was coming or going to the golf course. David & I did not know Tony well, but we knew he was a good man, as his obituary confirms. I know that you will be thanking God that he gave you the wonderful gift of Tony as the Patriarch of your Family. The longer you have someone, the harder it is to imagine life without him. Anthony was our neighbor at Hershey's Mill. He always had a smile and was pleasant to be around. There will definitely be a void in Quaker Village without Anthony. To Janet and family we send our deepest sympathies. John and Claire Andrews
