Our favorite memory of Carmela was the weekend of Amy and Tom’s wedding. At the hotel for breakfast she saw biscuits and GRAVY on the menu. Thinking that was an odd thing to put GRAVY on she asked us about it. We had a good laugh when we explained that in Kentucky our GRAVY is made with ham, flour and milk!! What a beautiful lady with a heart of gold. ❤️
