Christopher “Chris”, age 85, passed on March 24, 2025, of Newtown Square, PA, formerly of Saltford, England.
Predeceased by his parents, Phyllis (nee Coleman) and Edward J. Williams and brother Robert.
Survived by his wife of 64 years, Angela (nee Adorante) Williams, his son, Michael (Kim), his granddaughter, Jenna, and his sister Elizabeth Horner.
Chris was born in Bristol, England. As a young man he served in the British Army and then worked as a chef until moving to Australia with his family. He brought his family to the U.S. in the early 1970s and proudly became a U.S. citizen. He’d often reminisce about his world travels, charming the audience with his stories. He worked as a commercial/residential painter. Chris enjoyed time with family and friends. Among his hobbies he loved fishing, martial arts, painting landscapes, and singing.
Relatives & friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday, March 29th 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM ALL IN CHURCH at Saint Anastasia Roman Catholic Church 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Interment Saint Peter and Paul Cemetery.
