Rest in Power, lovely lady. And thank you for being so kind and friendly when I visited your store to talk about my books. You allowed me to place a copy in your window, then we talked some more about books and writing and I shopped. I'll always keep those books in memory of you. ❤️

What a bright spirit… I was attracted to her energy within the first five minutes of meeting her at her bookstore and looked forward to our conversations. She was so personable and truly enjoyed connecting with others. She was such a sweetheart and she will always have a special place in my heart, and I know many others as well. My thoughts are with Connie’s loved ones. What a blessing to have her in your life.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Connie was both a valued business associate—with whom we shared office space for an extended period—and a trusted confidante. Our numerous conversations spanned topics such as religion, the airfreight industry, global affairs, family, and broader aspects of life. She consistently demonstrated attentive listening skills and offered thoughtful advice and perspectives. Since meeting Connie in the early 1980s, we've shared many fond memories that stand out. She was truly special, and we are grateful to God for her presence in our lives. We pray that Marc will find solace and comfort in memories of his “Mom” in the days to come. Jimmy & Linda Montgomery

We share our heavy hearts!! Connie was such a warm joy whenever we visited the bookstore and she took time to talk and chat about any and all things. She was like all her books, an eternal spirit and her personality, smile and such joyous hello, will always be remembered. Our prayers are with Marc. She was always alive and attentive.
