Frances “Fran” M., (nee Lugowski) age 72, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, October 20, 2025. She was born July 21, 1953, in Drexel Hill, PA. She was a devoted mother whose two sons were the center of her world.

Fran had a gift for making everyone feel at home. She loved hosting gatherings filled with laughter and great company. Whether she was cooking a comforting meal, dancing in the kitchen, or baking one of her famous cakes, Fran brought warmth and joy to every moment.

She spent many summer days in Cape May, watching sunsets, and enjoying meals at her favorite local restaurants. Her love for her family extended beyond her own home as she cared for countless children over the years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Splendora (nee Stachiotti) and Walter Lugowski, and her brother, Walter Lugowski.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Samuel C. Heller, III, her sons, Samuel C. IV (Kristen) and John (fiancé Emily), her granddaughter, Harper, her sister, Suzanne “Sue” DiFelice (John), and her sister-in-law, JoAnn Lugowski Gerrity.

Relatives & friends are invited to her Visitation, Friday, October 24^th, 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM ALL IN CHURCH at St. Bernadette of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1035 Turner Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Inurnment Private.

Francie(which is what I always called her and got a laugh) has been a High School friend for many years. I will always remember her singing, to herself, me, or anyone else listening. She will be terribly missed in my life. She loved her boys so much and they were the center of her universe. Her newest pride and joy was her granddaughter Harper!! Whenever we met for a meal or a drink, pictures were shown with so much love. Will be keeping her family and friends in my prayers. Rest in peace, my dear Francie!!!
