FLEMING, GEHRIG RYAN — of West Chester, Pennsylvania
It is with profound sadness and immeasurable love that we say goodbye to our beloved son, brother, best friend, and teammate, Gehrig, “G” “G-Lou”. His sun rose on February 3, 2003, and set far too soon on October 22, 2025, at just 22 years of age.
Gehrig was a passionate New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers fan whose love of sports was matched only by his dedication to his teammates and friends. He played baseball with the DELCO Bandits, PA Rebels, and the Red Men of the West Chester Area Men’s Baseball League, and competed at the collegiate level for Rowan College of South Jersey and York College of Pennsylvania.
Beyond the field, Gehrig enjoyed golf, working out, and was known for his trademark sense of humor, sharp style, and generous spirit. A proud supporter of the chocolate milk industry, he approached life with enthusiasm and kindness. Gehrig had a big heart—he was thoughtful, caring, and always ready to help, whether it was cheering up a friend or helping his sister Shea pick the perfect dress.
A dedicated student, Gehrig was pursuing a degree in business at York College of Pennsylvania and recently transferred to West Chester University of Pennsylvania to continue his studies. He was respected by teachers and adored by classmates for his intelligence, humor, and warmth.
Gehrig is deeply loved and will be forever missed by his parents, Kathleen (née Whelan) and John Fleming, his sisters Jaime and Shea, his brother Michael Antonini, (Stacey), and his nephew Ace, as well as countless aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
