1988~2020PierceGina Marie Pierce (nee DeFrancesco) age 32, passed away on August 28, 2020 at her home in Prospect Park. Born in Drexel Hill on April 8th 1988 to the proud parents of Anthony DeFrancesco and Denise Law. DEVOTED, Gina personified this term. She was entirely dedicated to her 3 beautiful children. Carmine, Francis, and Cecelia. Everyday of her life was spent caring for and loving them so they would grow up to be beautiful, intelligent, compassionate people. A reflection of herself. Together along with her husband Greg, they completed Gina’s dream, a family of her own. A 2006 graduate of Upper Darby High School, Gina achieved her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University.Gina will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Gina had a wonderful sense of humor passed down by her father. She would light up a room with her personality. She would make light of any situation and would have everyone laughing in the room with her wit. Her grace and beauty, to be admired by so many, are just a few of her wonderful qualities. Family meant the world to Gina, being a part of every holiday, acknowledging every birthday, something she loved being a part of and looked forward to year in and year out.Dedicated wife of Greg, she is the loving daughter of Denise Law (Michael White) and Anthony DeFrancesco; loving sister of Kevin (Kelly), Shannon (Brandon), Anthony Jr. and Samantha. Along with Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.Devoted, graceful and inspirational are the words reserved for Gina Marie by our family. God has called Gina home. As family, we will stand side by side to ensure that Gina’s husband and children, may have the strength they need to live life as Gina would have wanted. Knowing they are not alone in their sorrow may help make this journey somewhat bearable for each of them. May the love of the Blessed Mother embrace each of her children and guide them safely throughout their lives.Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Friday, September 4th 9:00AM-11:45AM followed by her Funeral Service at 12:00 PM at the Danjolell-Barone Memorial Home 908 S. Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA. 19086.
