Gloria Impicciatore, née Iorillo, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 22, 2025, at the age of 98. A cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Gloria’s life was defined by love, resilience, and the deep pride she took in her family.
Born to Margaret and Leonard Iorillo, Gloria was preceded in death by her beloved sister Rita Piselli (Francis) and her longtime companion, Raymond D’ortone. She leaves behind her devoted daughter Lenore and son-in-law Ron Cericola; her grandchildren Ryan Donnelly (Meg), Corrine Kauffman (Todd), and Jaclyn Banes (John); her great-grandchildren Cole, Camryn, Savi, Paige, Tristan, Coady, Mia, Brody, and Christopher who brought endless joy to her life.
Gloria worked tirelessly for over 60 years, balancing her career with her role as a dedicated homemaker. She found joy in the simple pleasures—cooking homemade meals, taking weekend trips to the mountains, and joining family on beach vacations. But nothing brought her more happiness than gathering her loved ones every Sunday around the table for dinner. It was there, in the warmth of family, that she found her greatest fulfillment.
Known affectionately as “Nan,” Gloria had a soft spot for soap operas, the occasional visit to the slots, and cheering on her beloved Philly sports teams.
Gloria’s legacy is one of strength, selflessness, and the unshakable bonds of family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Rest in peace, Nan. Your love continues to guide us.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing, Wednesday, May 28th 10:00 AM followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM, both at St. Kevin’s Church, 200 W Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA.
Interment at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
