James C. “Jim” Long, age 92, of Plush Mill-Wallingford, on December 26, 2018.Jim was a graduate of Villanova University, and he proudly served his country during World War II, in the Pacific, while stationed in the United States Navy.He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Vivian M. (nee Vito) Long, his two sons, James C. Long Jr. (Margaret Baumann) and Steven V. Long (Jill) and his daughter, Vivian A. Cisco (Jon C.); also surviving are his six cherished granddaughters, his four great-granddaughters, three great-grandsons as well as his sister, Maryjane Welsh.Funeral Services will be held privately.Arrangements by the Danjolell-Barone Memorial Home of Wallingford.
