Coakley, Sr., “Jimmy C”, age 79, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia, PA, died September 18, 2016, at Bryn Mawr Hospital.Jim retired in 2000 from Iron Workers Union Local 401 as an Iron Worker. Jimmy “C” enjoyed cooking, fishing, hunting, and daily trips to the Newtown Square ACME. Jimmy was a professional coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, from his living room. Jim loved the time spent with his loving wife, children, grandchildren and especially traveling with Cass, 10 trips to Hawaii… Brother of the late Richard Coakley and Patricia Tisdale, his twin sister.Survivors: Beloved husband of Catherine “Cass” (nee Jarrett) Coakley, Loving father of Kathleen Coakley Wilson (Barry), James J. Coakley, Jr. (Donna), George J. Coakley, Sr. (Laura), Colleen Coakley Barnes, Michael Thomas Coakley Sr. (Brenda), Christine Claire Cooke (Eddie), Patrick Coakley, Sr., Maureen Elizabeth Coakley Stair (Robert), Brian Coakley (Barbara).
