James “Jimmie” Wayne Slivenski Jr. passed away September 13, 2021Born on the 25th day of January 1970 in Media, Pennsylvania, Jimmie attended Ridley High School and quickly took to cars. He had a real passion for them and knowing how things worked in order to fix them. He honed his craft as a mechanic in the many years after High School and quickly established a reputation for being a darn good one. He had SUCH a brilliant mind. But he was so much more than just wildly intelligent. He could be a little rough around the edges at times, but good God, he had an incredibly big heart, contrary to what he probably would have wanted people to think of him. But his actions always told the true story, whether he realized it or not. It was too plain to see for those who knew him well enough that he had a lot of love in his heart.Jim was a loving son and brother and a fiercely loyal friend. He loved to play on his computer and was like a literal sponge for information. He was definitely an animal person but he especially loved children. And maybe even more than that, he simply loved to laugh, and boy did he ever have an infectious laugh.Predeceased by Grandparents Julius and Eleanor Slivenski, Samuel and Marie Fetterolf and Cousin Michael Resch. He is survived by his Mother Sandra, Father James Sr. (Lorraine), Sister Mandi (Lex), Aunts Suzy, Betsy (Rich), and Gretchen (Jeff) and too many cousins and great cousins to mention. He is also survived by an all-star cast of some amazing and forever loyal friends.Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday September 21, 2021 7:00pm – 9:00pm @ Danjolell Barone Memorial Home : 908 South Providence Road Wallingford, Pennsylvania 19086(610) 874-7700.This is a casual event which is exactly what Jimmie would have wanted.
