KANE Jeffrey W. Kane, Jr. “Critter” on July 23, 2012 of Aston. A volunteer firefighter for Aston – Beechwood Fire Company 72. Jeffrey enjoyed watching NASCAR races, wrestling matches. A graduate of Wordsworth Academy. An avid Phillies & Eagles fan, he volunteered as a Chichester football coach, loved playing games with his brothers, a special and unique person. Grandson of the late Roberta “Buddy” Ricks. Devoted son of Rebecca (Bob)Weller & Jeffrey W. Sr. ( Tracey) Kane, Loving brother of Brittany Kane, Alexis Kane, Kayla Kane, Jeremiah Kane. Step brother of Jaden Weller and Ryan Kintsche. Grandson of John Kane, Ruth Ann (Frank) Kelly, also his great grandmother Nancy Coombes Relatives, friends and fellow fire fighters are invited to his viewing Sat 9-11:15 am at the D’Anjolell –Stigale Memorial Home 3260 Concord Rd. Aston. Funeral service 11:30 am in our main chapel. Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Jeffrey’s name can be made to the Aston-Beechwood Fire Company 793 Mount Road Aston, Pa. 19014

Bud, I don't know where to begin, you were my wrestling buddy and I gotta say it wasn't the same without you last night. I missed your excitement whenever something would shake things up on wrestling or when someone would come out we haven't see in awhile. I am sorry we never had the boys night out like you had asked for, but we will have to have one in your honor. I know that the law said you were my Step-son, but in my heart you were just as much my son as Jaden and Jayce. I will miss you terrible and I ask that you guide us through these trying times R.I.P. Buddy I love you.

Jeffrey, every day of you life you always made it a advantage for me. I am going to miss your hugs,kisses, blue eyes that smile that would light up a room. I am going to miss you terrible. You made me so proud of you. From graduating high-school with honors to volunteering at Aston beechwood I wish there was something more I could have done to keep you here with me. Jeff was such a good friend of mine at wordsworth. even though i worked at the other building, Jeff made sure we talked every day whether it was in the cafeteria or passing by outside or on his bus at the end of the day we would talk about sports, cars, school and his fire company and yes we talked about girls. he always made me laugh and smile. if i was having a rough day he could tell and would always put a smile on my face. jeff was always working hard at keeping the gardens clean or making sure the school grounds were beautiful. jeff had a way of making everyone smile. I am very sorry for your loss. my prayers go out to the kane family and all is friends. he will truly be missed by all and will never be forgotten. -Trevor Welke

I had the privelage of getting to know Jeff at wordsworth. Jeff was a kind student who always knew how to put a smile on your face. He was a hard worker and a very caring friend. I always enjoyed my daily talks with Jeff. He will be missed greatly and will always remain iny heart. My thoughts at prayers are with Jeffs family and friends at this very difficult time.

Jeffrey was a special young man. It was a pleasure and joy to watch him grow up and become the loving, caring, gentle person he was. I will miss his huge hugs and contagious smile. I am so sorry for your loss. This is so hard for everyone that knew him. I am saddened by knowing how hard this is on his family. I remember him as a little boy. I remember holding him when he was born and playing games with him when he was young. He was an awesome kid, and I am sure he was even more amazing as a young man.
