LUCCI

Joseph “Joe, Looch” age 69, on August 27, 2025, of West Brandywine, PA, formerly of Overbrook, PA.

He was a proud Italian American and loved teaching Italian words and phrases. He loved his café and preparing struffoli to share at holiday tables and gathering.

Joe was a car aficionado, electronic enthusiast, and astronomer. He was a leader in all communities including the local Boy Scout troop. He was a professional tinkerer, problem solver, and had a knack for making something out of nothing. He was a creator, builder, and fixer for all of his friends and family.

Predeceased by his parents, Emilia (nee Liberio) and Pasquale Lucci.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, nonno, and paesano. He is survived by his wife, Ann (nee Shay) Lucci, his sons, Joseph N. and Anthony M. (Samantha), his granddaughter, Emilia, and his siblings, Raymond Lucci (Sheldon Wolfe) and Camille M. Lucci.

Relatives & friends are invited to his Visitation, Thursday, September 4^th 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM ALL IN

CHURCH at St. Dorothy Catholic Church, 4910 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Entombment Saints Peter and Paul Garden Mausoleum.

Condenlences to the Lucci family. Joseph was one of the kindest guys of my grade school mates. I have not seen him in decades but was hoping to see him at our 55th year reunion next month. May he rest in God's peace.

I got to know Joe after hiring him as an electronics tech years ago. We became good friends due to our strong interest in classic cars. Recall many visits & lengthy discussions on engines & auto repairs. I was very fortunate to live close to Joe and will miss him very much. He always thought of others before himself, would help any way he could.

As Anthony’s friend, Mr. Lucci always welcomed me into his home with a firm handshake, a big smile, and a great sense of humor. He was genuinely interested in how my life was going and would always ask how my parents were too. He will be deeply missed but his legacy will live on through his talented sons whom he taught so much.

My condolences to all of you - Joe's family. Let his memory - his kind, gentle presence - be a blessing throughout the years. Warm regards, John
