Margaret (Margo) A. Pantalone (nee DiPeppe) of Aston, PA, formerly of Sharon Hill, PA, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2023. She was the loving mother of Lawrence (Patricia) Pantalone, Melissa (Charles) Clark, Joseph (Jennifer) Pantalone, Annette Pantalone, and Michael (Judy) Pantalone. She was the devoted grandmother to her 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents Henry and Annette (nee DiNote) DiPeppe and her brother Henry. She is survived by her dear sister Florence (George, deceased) Spanfelner. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Margo was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1945. Grew up in South Philadelphia, before attending St. Joseph School in Collingdale. She graduated from Archbishop Prendergast High School in 1963. After graduation, she attended Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in Darby before moving to home health care. She retired from her nursing career with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia after her time as Director of Nursing at both Villa St. Martha in Downingtown and St. Mary Nursing Home in Landsdale.

Margo enjoyed the Jersey shore, hiking the Appalachian Trail, volunteering, and leading trail crew maintenance throughout the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, receiving many awards for her hours of service. She reached the summit of Mt. Washington twice and was chainsaw certified with the National Park Service.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation and Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Joseph, 3225 Concord Road, Aston PA 19014, on Monday, April 3, 2023. The visitation will be held from 8:30am to 9:30am with mass to follow at 10am. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Yeadon, PA.
