Margaret (Molly) Hollick, age 96, passed away peacefully on Feb. 6, 2025. Margaret was born in Beaver Meadows, PA and lived in her home in Aston for over 70 years.
She was an active participant in her community, having spent many years as a member of the Aston Senior Citizens Club and groups such as Meals on Wheels. She was a long-time parishioner at the Church of St. Joseph. She worked at a few local businesses, but her favorite was Gramercy Stationers, a small store where she enjoyed talking to everyone who came in.
Molly’s true love was spending time with family and friends. At any gathering she was usually the last to leave, talking and laughing with everyone in the room. She spent many weeks with her family in Ocean City NJ, sitting on the beach and walking the boards. Casino trips were always on her calendar, and she loved playing games with her grandchildren, especially if pennies, quarters or dollars were involved. She was a true Phillies fan and would watch every game until the end, even if it was a brutal loss on the West Coast that went into the early morning hours. She was smart, resilient, and hilarious, and will be greatly missed.
Wife of the late Emil Hollick, daughter of the late Michael and Mary Kovalick, sister of the late Mary, Anna, Catherine, Rosalene, Michael, John, Andrew, Lawrence, Francis, and Betty.
Loving mother of Barbara Harding, Michael (Sherri) Hollick, Christopher (Lia) Hollick. Also survived by her grandchildren Kristin, Collin, Connor, Cori, and Nathan. Sister of Agatha Artim and Rita (Roman) Baran.
