Mary Ann Durso 73, of Gaithersburg, Maryland died Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Casey House Montgomery Hospice, Rockville, Md. She was the beloved wife of Anthony (Tony) J. Durso.Born January 6, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania she was a daughter of the late Bernard Turner Sr., and Helen McDevitt Turner.Mary Ann was a former employee of Community Radiology in Germantown, MD for 15 years, and a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church in Damascus, MD. Surviving besides her husband Tony are two children, Brian Durso and his wife Kristen Ann; and daughter Kim Detwiler and husband Jay; three grandchildren: Alex Anthony Detwiler, Andrew Jay Detwiler, and Sarah Mary Detwiler; and two brothers Bernard T. Turner, Jr. and wife Linda; and Richard Turner and wife Susan. Mary Ann is preceded in death by two sisters: Joan Amoroso and Sister Eileen Turner IHM. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29 12-2pm at the Danjolell Memorial Home of Broomall 2811 West Chester Pike Broomall, Pa. 19008. Services 2pm in our main chapel. Inurnment will follow at SS Peter & Paul Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Mary’s name to Montgomery Hospice Casey House.
