My thoughts are with you all. I know from John and Stefanie what a special person she was and how much love and care her daughter John's mom gave her every single day. John and Stef's beautiful children Johnny, Patrick, Daniel and Isabella loved her as did John and Stef. She will be missed but her memory will be with you forever.
