Oh Mary, I will miss you my friend. We shared a love for nature and the outdoors. You were always up for an adventure. We traveled to Glacier National Park and shared many day trips hiking in Valley Forge,Hawk Mountain, and day trips to the Jersey shore. We froze our butts off to watch the Snow goose migration in the middle of February last year! The only thing you loved more than an adventure was your family. Mary loved you all and spoke of you all often. RIP Mary

Mary and I met through APA/SEPA and have been friends for over 20 years. I enjoyed meeting Mary the last few years over at Valley Forge National Park to either take pictures, take a walk or sit and eat lunch at the picnic tables and catch up. Mary was truly one of a kind and will be missed by many. Sending love and prayers to Fred and her family. Kass Gallagher, fellow CPP

I met Mary at the local chapter of the American Payroll Association. She was a kind soul. Condolences to her family and may God's loving arms wrap you in his care and may your memories of Mary comfort you.

Picture this… it was the 90’s. I hired Mary as a payroll specialist. She disliked the job and moved on to another opportunity very quickly. Mary had an unfaltering desire to not settle for what did not make her happy. A chance encounter 9 years later fueled our friendship for 20+ years at the American Payroll Association. I would see Mary at the local chapter meetings and our yearly meetings. We would always catch up and check in to see how each other was doing, check to make sure we had each other’s phone number, talk some payroll, and continue from there never missing a beat. We have had a lot of fun and laughs over the years. I will miss her but most of all, I will miss Mary’s honest candor. It could make you laugh and cry all at the same time. God bless you Mary, and rest in peace. Cecelia

Mary was a bright and beautiful gal. Always smiling and ready for a trip to the casino. She especially loved to be with family and my brother Vince really enjoyed her vim and vigor. Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Sincerely Margaret and Bill Righter Vince Carrigans sister

My Aunt Mary is the reason for most of my favorite childhood memories. She was always in support of whatever was going to make something more fun! She was an absolute “why not!?” type of person. When I reached my young teens, she was the “if you’ve got it, flaunt it!” type of supportive love in my life. Of course, everything she said had that thick southern mixed with east coast accent which I’ll never be able to get out of my head! Mary was a powerful woman, and what made her the most powerful was her confidence in herself, which would sometimes rub people the wrong way. I always admired that the most about her. Aunt Mary was always thinking of what gifts to buy for others. She LOVED to shower her loved ones with thoughtful and generous gifts. She even wanted to buy me a piece of jewelry from Tiffany’s before I even knew what Tiffany’s was! I wish I’d had more time with her; especially now in my adult years. I know she would have made an amazing friend as she’s been to many, but at least I will always get to hold her in my heart with the memories I have of her as my Aunt Mary

Mary was exceedingly generous in spirit and deed to those in her orbit. She gave a leg up in life to people wherever she could. I am grateful for her love, and oh I loved her back. Mary was a Doer, and made things happen: trips, home projects, gatherings. She was a spark plug of life. She modeled hard work and living fully by packing in as much fun, love and laughter as she could, despite her illness. She has made an indelible mark on my life. Rest in Peace Mary. You will live on in many.
