Mike and I go back about 50 years at the VA. We also played touched football on Sunday mornings during our younger years. I could always tease him about Tommy Moore. Mike ran a wonderful football pool with spreads that always included a 1/2 a point on the number so there would not be any tie games. My wife did my pool and picked where she would rather live and won twice/year that use to tick the guys off. We often talked hoops and March Madness. Thanks for the memories. You will be missed. Paris

Heather, a light has gone out in this world. Michael could make anybody smile at the drop of a dime and his laughter would go on and on. He was always trying to please everyone, he was genuine and true to himself......will never forget growing up together and the cousins club picnics.......He will never be forgotten by anyone he loved.... Love, Chevy and Patty

I will miss Mike. We will miss our going out to dinners. Mike was always making us laugh with his quips. Mike watched our grandson while I played in a ping pong tournament. Mike always asked if he could help in any way. We played pinball together. He was my brother. I (we) will miss him. I guess he will be bringing candy to the people who have gone before us. RIP Mike. Our sincere condolences, Heather. Let's not lose touch. Jerry and Diane

Heather, We are so sorry for your loss. We are going to miss Mike terribly. Poker is not going to be the same without him. He always seemed to remember everyone’s birthdays with cupcakes, little ice cream cones or even bringing ice’s to the game. The CANDYMAN will be missed. I will particularly miss his friendship, our breakfast’s together, our shared stories and many memories. May he rest in peace. Rich and Helene
