Peter,
The memories I have of you are some of the best I have from childhood. From Peospect Park Brooklyn to Staten Island and the Weldon House you were my older cousin. My protector. Along with my sister, Kathleen, the McGraths, & the Fox’s. People I look up to, love and admire, we grieve for your passing.
The ending didn’t go according to script. There were opportunities we both didn’t take advantage of and I’m sorry for that. I’m grateful you were able to meet Erik. How I wish you could’ve seen him play hockey last spring in Aston.
I will remember you fondly and miss you everyday.
God bless you and I know Uncle Pete was waiting for you at the gates with a smile & hug.
