Phyllis Farinella

Phyllis Farinella of Aston, PA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on March 18, 2016. Originally from South Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Angiolina and Mauro DiNardo. In her youth, she was an avid member of the South Philadelphia Dixon House, planning dances, club meetings and participating in competitive sports programs. Phyllis and her late husband, Vincent, moved to Aston Pennsylvania in 1996. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going out to eat and extended family vacations at the Jersey Shore.Phyllis served as a manager for the former Prism cable company and Loan officer for First Pennsylvania Bank. Devoted wife of the late Vincent “Jim” Farinella, mother of the late Donna Maria Farinella Jablonski. Predeceased by her sister Mitzy and brother Joseph. Survivors: Devoted mother of Marlene (Harry) Markel, Janice (Tom) Piraino.
