Piacenta “Pat,” (nee Buoni) age 92, on April 4, 2025, of Media, PA.

Predeceased by her husband, John Perletta, her parents, Chiara (nee Nocelli) and Flaviano Buoni, and her siblings, Norina Lelii, Fred Buoni, John Buoni, and Anthony Buoni.

Survived by her children, Guerino “Jerry” (Donna), John (Lidia), and Tina Perletta, and Dewy Buoni, and her grandchildren, Dylan and Nicholas Perletta, and Mia Barrera.

Relatives & friends are invited to her Visitation Friday 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM ALL IN CHURCH at Sacred Heart of Manoa Church 105 Wilson Ave., Havertown, PA 19083.  Inurnment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
