Robert Cromwell Coale, Jr. “Rocky”
Age 68, of Upper Chichester, passed away on January 14, 2025. Raised in Trainer, Pennsylvania, Rocky later moved to Boothwyn, where he resided with his beloved wife of nearly fifty years.
Affectionately known as “Big Rock” by his family, Rocky was a loving father and a devoted friend. He had an unwavering passion for cars, boxing, and spending time with his family. A kind and gentle soul, Rocky was known for his boundless generosity and warm heart.
He proudly worked for Wawa for 26 years and retired in December 2023. A true car enthusiast, Rocky often spent his free time traveling to Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and attending local car shows. His love for cars was infectious, and he cherished sharing stories about his favorite makes and models with his sons, grandsons, and anyone who shared his passion. Rocky also enjoyed boxing and beach outings, hobbies he delighted in sharing with his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert, Sr., and Elizabeth Coale. He is survived by his devoted wife, Molly (nee Timmons); his loving sons, Rocky (Jaime) and Justin and his cherished grandchildren, Charlie, Bennie, and Martie. Rocky is also survived by his sisters, Linda Snarr, Margie King, and Barbara Kertis.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather in his honor on Wednesday evening, January 29, from 6-8 PM at the Danjolell-Stigale Memorial Home, 3260 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014.
