I was the hairstylist at Simpson Meadows from July 2019 until June 2024. Rose was my "South Philly Italian" grandmom (I am orginally from Northeast Philly) Rose had an appointment every Thursday at 10:00 and wouldn't miss unless she was in the hospital and even then she would have her son call to let me know and to keep her "in" for next week. Rose had a great head of hair and she always looked great. I went and visited with Rose on Friday 10/3, as I did regularly since leaving Simpson Meadows. It has been my honor and pleasure to have been Rose's hairstylist and friend. I will miss her and over my deepest condolences to her family! R.I.P Rose Franchitti
