Sandra L. “Sandy” Miazza

MIAZZA 1947-2016Sandra L. Miazza “Sandy” (nee Kirby) of Upland passed away surrounded by her family on July 4, 2016.Sandy was a life long resident of Upland, where she served on council for the last 10 years. She loved planning events for the children and the Seniors(Tree lighting, Christmas Party, Halloween Party, Senior luncheons and dinners, 4th of July Celebrations). She loved cooking, spending time with her family, and watching the Eagles at the Upland AC. She also loved spending time at the beach. In the past she worked at Concord Country Club and Tele-dyne Wirz. Daughter of the late William & Mary Kirby, Sr., sister of the late John Kirby, Barbara Kirby. Survivors: Loving wife of Paul Andrew Miazza. Devoted mother of Kelly (George) Michaelides. Step mother of Paul(Candy) Miazza and Kathleen Clements. Also survived by her grandchildren George, Paulie, Austin, Callie, and Kendall. Sister of Bill (Linda) Kirby, Maryanne (Jim) Skarren, Patricia (Bob) Stafford, JoAnne (Vince) Long, Donald (Linda) Kirby, Judy (Rich) Bush, Mark (Pam) Kirby.
