Stan and I shared similar careers and family paths. We both had life long management jobs at Verizon. Stan worked with outside plant and I worked inside plant and corporate jobs. My daughter Tina married his son Stosh. We enjoyed many weddings, parties and celebrations together. Our interest revolved around model trains, cruises and the good old days. My only regret is I will not have the opportunity to try to beat him once at a game of pool. Stan was a very good Father and Friend. He will surely be missed .. Jerry Linehan

He was my very best friend! We met in 7th grade and have been close ever since. He was my best man at my wedding and I his. I am his first-born daughter's Godfather and he my daughter's Godfather. He knows more about me than anyone else in this world. and I know most of what there is of him. We molded each other growing up. We taught each other sports, games, and how to deal with people. He was by most material measures, a very successful man in business, sports, and in the community. He was a good husband, father, uncle, and friend. But most important, he was a good and virtuous man. He showed me and many others the humility, loyalty, and trustworthiness that made him the special person he was. It was my honor to know him, and I will love him forever!
