Tina Marchelle

With hearts full of love, we announce the heavenly transition of Tina Marchelle, who entered her eternal rest on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Born in Delaware County and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Tina was the beloved daughter of the late Blondine “Dina” S. Reynolds Jetter and Earl Stewart.

Having attended Henderson Senior High School, Tina was an active member of the Black Student Union and had a passion for track. She carried that same determination and joy into her adult life. In her twenties, her adventurous spirit led her west to California, where she embraced new beginnings with open arms and an open heart.

Tina was a vibrant thang!! – who laughed often and danced through life, especially in the salsa scene. A go-getter and visionary, she blazed a trail as a professional project manager, working for companies such as Sempra Energy, Crown Castle, and Tilson. Tina was never short on ideas – her “Notary Roadrunner” project and other creative ventures reflected her love of innovation.

Tina was that girl!! –the one who reminded us to “do everything with love.” She stitched compassion into the days, even as the threads frayed. Her strength was quiet and mighty.

Her altruistic and loving legacy lives on through her father, Earl Stewart, two daughters, Jheira Marquai Franklin and Paris Lauvale, son, Lucas Aiden, Daughter-in Law Chloe Aiden, and her grandchildren, Kameha Titialii and Maverick Aiden. She is also survived by her two sisters, Lavetta Stewart and Lisa Burton, two brothers Omar Stewart and Ethan Liam Stewart, and a host of extended family and friends, including her dear brother from another, Robert “Bobby” Jervay.

Services to honor Tina’s life will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at D’ Anjolell – Stigale Memorial Home, 3260 Concord Rd, Aston Township, PA 19014. Interment will follow at Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 W Ridge Rd, Marcus Hook, PA 19061.
