DaliessioVincent Michael Daliessio, 78, of Aston, passed on peacefully, surrounded by his family on Feb. 15, 2018. Vincent built and operated his own masonry construction business, Daliessio Construction for nearly 50 years. He also, for a time owned, drove and trained harness horses.Born and raised in Crum Lynne, Vincent played football for Ridley High School under legendary coach Phil Marion, later playing semi-professional football for Aston and Marcus Hook.He was a dedicated home gardener, an avid fisherman and sportsman, and a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles.Son of the late Joseph & Susan (Iaconelli) Daliessio, brother of the late Angeline, Michael, Joseph, George, Marie, Rita, Donald, Anthony and Thomas. Survivors: Loving husband of Maureen (nee Gallagher). Devoted father of Vincent Marlene Jost) Daliessio, Julianne Besznyak, Gina (Dan) Ruggieri, Brian (Lilianna) Daliessio, Talia (Rich) Maxfield. Also survived by his grandchildren Alanna, John, Elise, and Dominic Daliessio, Susy Suarez (Tash Rodriguez), Daniel and Joshua Ruggieri , Stephan and Brooke Besznyak, Ava, Nathan and Connor Maxfield, and 1 great grandchild. Brother of Francis Daliessio, Robert (Maureen) Daliessio and Susan (John) Garner. Visitation: Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Mon. Eve. 6-8p.m. at the D’ANJOLELL-STIGALE MEMORIAL HOME, 3260 Concord Road Aston. Funeral: Tuesday 9-9:45am all at St. Rose of Lima Church 1901 Chester Pk., Eddystone.
