He was the loving husband of the late Rose M. Massimo and is survived by his children, Wiliam H. III, Diane M. Coyle, J. Michael Ruth, Stephen P. Donna, Rosemarie E. Dulin Michael, David J. Cheryl, Patricia A. Taggart Chuck Brady and Mark G. Anne, also 22 grandchldren, 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph F. Taggart and his sisters, Elizabeth Campbell and Mary E. Taggart.
