Natalie Kupka Yacyk April 21, 1947 – September 16, 2025
Born in Patterson, NJ on April 21, 1947, to the late Frank and Nellie Kupka, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday September 16th.
Natalie was a 1964 graduate of Passaic Valley High School in Little Falls NJ. She went on to Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing in Montclair, NJ in which she graduated Class of 1967. She became an RN at Somerset Hospital in Somerville NJ and later moved to PA. She worked as an RN at many Nursing homes in Delaware County before taking a position as a Home Hospice Nurse.
Natalie is survived by her loving husband William Yacyk of 20 years, of Aston PA.
Her children, Christina Caviness (Wayne) of Cape Coral, FL., Mark Suk (Melissa) of Glen Mills, PA., and Erica Mulholland (Dave) of Havertown PA.
Mother-in-Law, Luck Yacyk of Wallingford,PA.
Grandchildren, Samantha Froggatt (Allen), Cassidy Tucker (Andrew), McKenna Caviness, Christopher Caviness, and Colin Suk
Great Grandchildren, Sophia, Allen, Teghan, and Harper
Brother, Martin Kupka (Kathleen) of Pequannock NJ., Nephews, Stephen Kupka (Amber), Jeffery Kupka (Lindsay), and Scott Kupka (Jen).
Great nieces and nephews Jude, Silas, Liam, and Riley.
Her fondest memories were of her lifelong friend, Evelyn Scudder, whom she met while they were attending Nursing School together.
After retiring, Natalie’s favorite past time was going to Atlantic City for the sea air and spending time in the Casino’s with her husband and close friend Lois Matthews.
She was a devoted Philadelphia Sports fan and enjoyed watching the Phillies, Eagles and 76er’s with friends and family. She loved having Kentucky Derby parties and watching the horse races. She also loved to read a good book before bed.
Over everything, she loved being a wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for her family.
She was loved by many and will be truly missed.
Relatives & Friends are invited to her visitation on Sept. 30th 9;30 am at the Danjolell – Stigale Memorial Home 3260 Concord Road Aston. Funerals service will be at 11am in Our Main Chapel. Interment will be Private. In lieu of flowers donations in Natalie’s name can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
