Russell Edward T. Russell “Ed” age 80 on July 16, 2016 of State College, formerly of SW Phila. Ed was a retired fire fighter for the City of Phila. Loving husband of Katherine “Cass” Russell (nee Ginn), devoted father of Ed (Mickey) Russell and Joanne (Doug) Colkitt. Also survived by his cherished grandchildren Kimberly (Justin), Ryan (Samantha), DR (Laura),Michelle (Devin), and Kevin. Also his great grandchildren Ellie, Will, Emerson, Kate, Hudson and the late Kyle. His sister in law Elaine Russell. Brother of the late Irene (Bob), John, Joan (Frank), William (Nancy), Elva (Dave), Doris (Bob). and his many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Fri. eve 6-8pm and his funeral Sat.9:30 am at the Danjolell-Stigale Memorial Home 3260 Concord Rd. Aston. Services Sat. 11:30 am in our main chapel. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations in Ed’s name can be made to the Kyle Russell Callahan Scholarship Centre Foundation 1377 Ridge Master Dr. State College, Pa. 16803.
