DURSO
Jacqueline (née Angelini), age 89, on March 3, 2026, of Overbrook, formerly of Our Lady of Angels Parish.
She was predeceased by her beloved son, Dante “Danny” Panichi (Deborah); her parents, Josephine (née Jannetti) and Giovacchino “Jack” Angelini; and her late husband, John Durso.
She is survived by her loving children, Jessica Fisher (Regis), Phyllis Caprice (Bob), Michael Panichi (Joanne), and Jack Panichi (Michelle). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Jacqueline lived a life devoted to caring for others. In her early years, she lovingly cared for her parents, a role that reflected the compassionate and selfless woman she was. She was also a dedicated employee at her neighborhood podiatrist’s office for 40 years, where she formed lasting friendships and took pride in her work.
She found great joy in cooking and cherished the time she spent chatting on the phone with family and friends. Her most treasured moments were preparing holiday meals and gathering her loved ones around the table. Her children were her pride and joy, and she worked tirelessly to raise them on her own with strength, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Thursday, March 5th, from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, all at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Rd., Broomall, PA 19008. Entombment will follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
