Ronald J. Greco, 81

Ronald J. Greco, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the age of 81.

Born on April 20, 1944, in Philadelphia, PA, Ron was the son of the late Rose (Pitone) and Biasino Greco. He was raised in the Ardmore section of Haverford Township and was a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School. Ron proudly served for several years in the United States Navy Reserves.

Throughout much of his working life, Ron was the owner and operator of a tree service and landscaping business, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, trips to the casino, golfing, and playing cards.

Ron was predeceased by his beloved son, John R. Greco; his brothers, Joseph (Donna) and Robert (Linda) Greco; and his parents.

He is survived by his sons, Michael (Mina) and James (Christa); his brother, Richard (Marion); and his cherished grandchildren, Madelyn, Gabrielle, and Alexandria.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ronald’s visitation on Friday, January 16th, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by his memorial service at D’Anjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment will take place at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
