Andrew “Andy” John Keegan III, age 67, passed away on January 24, 2026.
Andy was born and raised in Colwyn, where he served many years as a life member of Darby Fire Patrol #2 including as captain and president. Andy worked as an HVAC specialist for Radac Sales and later Hansen Heating and Cooling, where he worked alongside his friend Chris Hansen. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a Phillies season ticket holder for 40 years. Andy was also an active member of the Norwood Legion Post 507. He loved spending time with his family at his uncle’s home in West Cape May, New Jersey. He also enjoyed his nightly dessert, a piece of cake with Breyer’s ice cream. He will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years Carol (nee Barden) Keegan. Also survived by his son, Andrew John Keegan IV; his stepchildren, Lester (Chelsea) Brink Jr and Sara (Michael) DeRitis; and his siblings Patricia and Thomas Keegan. He was a loving grandfather to Grayson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew John Keegan Jr. and Helen (Greed) Keegan, and his brother James Keegan.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Andy’s life on Friday, February 6th, at D’Anjolell-Barone Memorial Home located at 908 South Providence Road, Wallingford, PA, 19086. A visitation will be held from 9:30-11:15 AM, followed by a service at 11:30 AM. Interment private.
