Anna Marie Patriarch

Anna Marie Patriarch passed away peacefully while surrounded by family at her home in Secane, PA on July 10, 2026.

Born July 9, 1938 in Southwest Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Edward and Annabelle (McKenty) McGarvey. She grew up in MBS Parish and raised her family in the Elmwood Park section of Southwest Philadelphia.

Anna lived a life filled with love, laughter and dedication to her family. She enjoyed going to the beach, listening to music, doing crosswords puzzles, reading the funnies, cooking, watching the Phillies, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her flawless sense of style, her quick wit, her sense of humor, her angelic singing voice and her kind spirit.

Wife of the late Edward A. Patriarch, Jr, mother of the late Joseph Patriarch “Joey”, grandmother of the late Brandon Patriarch and sister of the late Mary, Eddie, Jerry, Jackie, William (Wow) & Danny.

She is survived by her children Eddie (Susan), Lori, Christian and daughter-in-law Patti. Her sisters Betty (Tom) Collins & Peggy Morin. Her grandchildren Lori, Jamie (Krip), Trisha (Tommy), Shana (Den), Audrey (Greg), Sophia, Sienna and 17 great grandchildren.

Visitation: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral Friday 9-10:45 am at St. Gabriel Church 233 Mohawk Ave. Norwood. Funeral mass will be at 11 am. Interment will be at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
