Anne Barsky

Anne Barsky nee Ewanenko, an area homemaker, died on January 21, 2006, after a brief battle with breast cancer. She was a resident of Upper Darby for over 50 years and lived in her house on S. Harwood Ave. the entire time. A homemaker with exceptional sewing skills, Mrs. Barsky was born in Phila. where she met her husband, Walter Samuel Barsky. They were married 30 years until his death in 1977. They did not have any children but Mrs. Barsky was the mother of a lot of people on Harwood Ave.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
