Anthony Victor Pagano 48, of Downingtown, PA passed away on March 16, 2026
Born on February 25, 1978, at Lankenau Hospital. Anthony was the beloved son of Diane (nee Mancini) and Joseph Pagano. He graduated from Haverford Senior High School in 1997 and went on to attend Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, where he studied cabinetry and carpentry. He grew up surrounded by family and carried those strong values with him throughout his life.
Anthony was a skilled cabinet maker and carpenter whose creativity and craftsmanship touched the lives of many. He had a gift for designing and building meaningful pieces for family and friends, always putting care and pride into his work. Whether it was a custom project or lending out one of his many tools, Anthony was always ready to help—never turning down anyone in need of a hand or a favor.
Known for his quick wit and great sense of humor, Anthony brought joy to those around him with his corny jokes, playful antics, and especially his thoughtful and memorable birthday cards and gifts. He had a special way of making people feel seen and appreciated.
Anthony’s love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for camping and scouting. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1997 with St. Donato’s Troop 38 and later gave back as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Upper Darby Troop 5, mentoring and guiding others with the same generosity and spirit that defined his life. He was also a proud member of the Men of Malvern, reflecting his faith and commitment to fellowship.
Family was at the center of everything Anthony did. He is survived by his parents Diane (nee Mancini) and Joseph Pagano, his siblings Joseph, Diana O’Connor (Steven), John (Danielle) as well as his beloved nieces and nephews, Kayla O’Connor (Mark Salamone), Rebecca O’Connor, Sean O’Connor, Johnny Pagano, Alyssa Pagano, Tessa O’Connor, and Leah Pagano, along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss his kindness, humor, and unwavering willingness to help. Anthony will be remembered for his generous heart, his craftmanship, and the laughter he brought into every room. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the memory he created with those he loved.
Relatives & friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday, March 28th 10:00AM-12:15PM at the DAnjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008 followed by his funeral Mass 1:00PM at St Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
