Antonio “Tony” Contino, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2024 in Fort Myers, Florida at the age of 98. He was the beloved husband of the late Raffaela (nee Natale), loving father of Rose Mary DiMarco (Stephen) and devoted grandfather of Gabriella Ritrovato (Alex) and Giana DiMarco. He was also predeceased by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Born March 27, 1925 in Nusco, Italy, Tony immigrated to Philadelphia in his thirties and began working in a tailor shop. My father was a simple man… enjoyed tinkering at his workbench, tending his vegetable garden, going to the beach and of course, drinking Carlo Rossi. Upon retirement, he became a snowbird and moved to Largo, Florida, where you could always find him happily basking in the sun. My father may have been a simple man, but he has left an indelible mark on those he met throughout his life.

Private services will be held at a later date.
