Catherine Ann “Nancy” (nee McCormick) age 84 on June 7, 2023, of Drexel Hill, PA.

 

Nancy was a loving wife, mother, friend, and neighbor who made friends wherever she went. She formerly worked for the Upper Darby School District and was devoted to the Church. She was proud of her Irish heritage and could always find a reason to break into the Mummer’s Strut. Nancy was also a loyal Phillies fan and enjoyed cheering them on with her loved ones.

 

Predeceased by her parents Richard McCormick and Catherine (nee McLaughlin), along with brother Richard.

 

Survived by: Her husband of 45 years John, loving daughter Sheila Williams, along with niece Loretta McCormick and nephew Richard McCormick, and large extended family.

Relatives & friends are invited to her Visitation Thursday, June 15th 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM ALL IN CHURCH at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 3422 Dennison Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.  Inurnment Private.

Nancy, my sister-in-law & my friend, is now with the angels. The last time I saw Nancy, I drove over to Nancy & Johnny's house to watch Super Bowl LVII with them. As soon as I opened the front door Nancy danced me around the room, both of us singing "Fly Eagles Fly". I will always remember her as that joyful, exuberant being. Nancy loved her family and friends, and she was deeply loved in return. It's hard to believe you are gone, but God wanted you home, and we will miss you. Love, Marianne
