Clelia M. Bisciotti

Clelia Bisciotti of Overbrook, formerly of South Phila., died on Nov. 13, 2004. She was an accomplished dressmaker and seamstress who owned her own dress shop in Germantown and later was the lead seamstress at Saks Fifth Avenue in Bala Cynwyd. She was the beloved sister of Rosamund Messina, the late Edmund, Joseph, Adele and Cornelia Bisciotti. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
