David was always the go to guy if I had a question about military history. He really knew his stuff. I remember him coming to our middle school and impressing the kids with his civil war attire, his explanation of weaponry and his enthusiasm for teaching the kids about the Civil War. David was a great friend and will be missed. Godspeed David and I know you are in a better place.
