Predeceased by his parents, Dominick & Mary and his brother, Thomas.

Survived by his son, Dominick T., III, and his brother, Jeffrey (Ginny).

He was an avid Grateful Dead fan and enjoyed rock music and all sports. Rest in peace my brother, you will be forever in our hearts.
