My thoughts and prayers are with Frank and his family. I met Frank when his son Chris played Football for us at Clifton. He was one of those parents who always supported his son and team. He was easy going and whenever I ran into him it was like we were lifelong friends. So easy to talk to. Rest easy, Frank and Gid bless all the Eccles clan. Joan & Tom Richards

Frank always carried a gentle way about him and a gentle smile that put you at ease from the time you met him. We are never sure why God calls people home without warning, but Frank in his so gentle way would always say that he knew his time was precious and he was gonna make the most out of it, and he did always by loving his family and his friends. May you find peace in knowing how many happy memories you call made together. With love and sympathy, Patti and Larry
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Urban Family left a message on October 16, 2024:
Mr. Frank (our kids called him) was the kindest man we had the pleasure to get to know. Frank welcomed us to the neighborhood almost 3 years ago and has always been so kind and caring especially with our 2 children. Mr. Frank loved chatting with our kids about sports and watching them play, which the kids loved too. They couldn’t wait to go outside and show him their new tricks or achievements, which he always embraced. We always enjoyed beeping the horn when he was on his daily walks or simple hellos or conversation when working in the yard. We miss you Mr. Frank and we are truly blessed to have had you as our neighbor and friend. You will forever be missed. Wishing you all courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold in your heart forever.

Even though we didn’t know Frank, our daughter and Makenzie McNulty went to school and was a roommate of his daughter Colleen‘s. Frank and his wife always included Makenzie in their trips to their cabin in the woods. May his soul rest in peace and shine forever a light for his family.

Frank & I have been friends for over 50 years! We played baseball together work together at MAB until I was transferred in 1996. We used to hang out for years! My daughter passed away on 9/23 about 4 weeks ago! Through other friends Frank heard about it and called me last Thursday to give me his condolences! We haven’t spoke for years because I’m in Florida! But when he called it was like going back in time! We shared multiple stories together about all the good times we had together! We spoke for about 1-1/2 hours! It was great! When we hung up we promised each other we would stay in touch! If that’s not a miracle what is! He was not only a great friend but a friend forever! He is with God now and at peace!

My sympathies and prayers are with the entire Eccles’s family. I got to know Frank on more of a personal level when studying for the bar exam in Potter County 2021. I was in a cabin down the road from F-Troop completely stressed. Frank welcomed me to join in on one of the Eccles many trips to Potter. I will always have the memory of that weekend. Especially some good old banter around the fire with Frank and his Family. Oh and boy did he feed me. Thank you for the kindness and great memory Frank. You were an amazing man and father and the world won’t be the same without you.
