Dear Hill Family, Today one of my children left me know that your parents had passed - 16 days within one another. I was so saddened...yet my heart rejoiced that one didn't have to live without the other. Your parents lived in our neighborhood many years ago, and I recall with great memories of how friendly and welcoming they were to everybody. Your mother and I walked together frequently. One humorous memory I have is that on this particular evening, the sun was setting behind us; creating a shadow of us walking...and our shadows weren't very flattering! Your mother said, "Oh boy; look at our shadows! Ummm....we'd better keep walking!!" Your Dad and my Dad were buddies (both were from the Masonic brotherhood) and I'll always cherish our Christmas eves together. Your parents spared no expense at making everybody feel happy and full of great goodies! Even though we lost touch over the years, I will always treasure their beautiful friendship and their warm hearts - for each other and others. May you be blessed in knowing they rest in peace together. Stephanie Schaefer and family.

My memories of MR and Mrs Hill go back to Ursinus college on campus. Scott , his son and I are best friends and roomed together at Ursinus. I was always welcome in their home and felt like part of the family. While I’ve moved away from the area the Hill family is still a part of my life and my buddy Scott was raised by two amazing parents. I’m thankful for that and they will be missed . My best always Scott Kranick

Frank and Doris Hill were good friends with my parents and my family. They will always be remembered as people who put community and family first. Frank and Doris were always involved in community. The borough of Colwyn was full of activities and fun and laughter and Frank and Doris Hill helped make it happen. May they rest in peace.
