Duncan 1931-2022

Henry John Duncan, age 90, of Malvern, PA, passed on May 1, 2022.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Joan Marie (nee MacVicar) Duncan, cherished sons Mark Robert and Christopher Lee Duncan; and brother Robert H. Duncan.

Survived by his cherished daughter, Lynn Duncan-Cone (Steve); his loving cousins Carol Sym and Robert Mielko, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Henry (known as Hank) was born in Brooklyn and was raised in Maspeth (Queens), New York. He graduated from Columbia College in New York with a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. He went on to serve in the Army as an x-ray technician during the Korean War. He then began his 35 year career at Wyeth Labs as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and worked his way up to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing before retiring.

Henry’s love of life was infectious and his circle of friends immeasurable. He had a great love for children, animals, golf and travel. He was always quick with a joke and found great pleasure in making others laugh, he was everyone’s friend.

Funeral services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Henry’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
