Herbert C. Dodge M.D.

Herbert C. Dodge, M.D., of Los Angeles, CA, formerly of Merion, PA, died on April 21, 2006.

He was a veteran of WWII, graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Phila. in 1951. There he met Connie, the love of his life, who would become his wife of 57 years. Upon completion of his training, Herb accepted the position of Chief of Anesthesiology at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadownbrook, PA, which he held for 35 years. Over the years, he served as Chief of Staff and as President of both the Phila. and PA Societies of Anesthesiology. He retired in 1999. He moved from Merion, PA to Los Angeles in 2005 to be with his children. Herb is survived by his loving wife, Connie; his dauthters, Gail Dodge Boswell Charles and Nancy Dodge Reinisch John; his son, John M. Dodge, M.D. Carrie and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Francesca, Max, Kate and Jack.
