James J. Piel Jr.

James J. Piel, Jr. "Jimmy", age 78, of Manahawkin, NJ, formerly of Overbrook, PA, died on Oct. 21, 2005.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty" nee Plaisted; his sons; James C., Andrew W. Michele, Jesse, William B. Maria and Anthony W. Piel; his daughters; Marianne Michael D’Antonio, Stella Piel and Lizabeth Piel, 9 loving grandchildren and also Eileen and Elaine; brother of the late Robert Piel and Rose Mahoney.

Jimmy was a retiree after 47 years employment with Acme Markets in the Overbrook area. He was proud of his service as Union Steward for U.F.C.W. Local 1776.
