Jennifer Paige Tennant (nee Dutton)

Jennifer Tennant, a dedicated caregiver, passed away at the age of 59 on March 31, 2025, at Mainline Health – Riddle Hospital with her brother, pastor, and friends by her side. Jen, as she liked to be called, was born in the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA to Dr. Ronald B. Dutton and the late Elisabeth Ann Ford. She lived a life full of passion and purpose.

She attended school in West Chester, Downingtown and Octorara (K-12) graduating in 1984. Her post-secondary endeavors were courses in the technology and health care fields.

In 2004, she assumed full-time care of her grandmother, Valeria Dutton. After 4 years of wonderful care, she started her own home health care business, which lasted for 21 years… until her passing.

Jen’s proudest personal achievement was the attainment of 25 years of sobriety in January. During that time, she met a number of great friends and sponsees. Many of these friends were her tremendous support through her year battling breast cancer.

Jennifer is survived by her daughter, Nicole Tennant; her father and stepmother, Drs. Ronald B. and Anita S. Dutton; her brother, Ronald T. Dutton and his wife, Tracy; and her two nephews, Ronald G. and Christopher R.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her Visitation, Saturday, July 12, 2025, followed by her Celebration of Life 1:00 PM at the DAnjolell-Barone Memorial Home of Wallingford, 908 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA 19086.
